How Will I Know My Order Has Shipped?

Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We happily fulfill international orders! We are proud to use DHL/USPS as our primary carrier. Our production times will be the same and shipping costs will vary depending on where the order goes. Depending on your country, you may be subject to customs duties in addition to shipping costs.

You may absolutely be able to customize and a name that's not mentioned on our list however, after the purchase there will be 24-48 hour review period

How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
