1. Can I put a name on a Muslim Heroes Edition jersey that isn't on the list?
Yes. You can submit any name you like when you order. Every custom name goes through a 24–48 hour review before production begins. If we can't produce the name you've chosen, we'll contact you — you can change it, or take a full refund.
2. What should I do if my order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective?
We'll replace it at no cost to you. Email support@teamislam.net with your order number and photographs of the fault within 30 days of receiving the item. This applies to every order, including final-sale items.
3. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel comes back to our fulfilment centre. We'll contact you for a corrected address and reship it — the cost of reshipment is payable by the customer.
If you spot a mistake, email support@teamislam.net straight away. We can usually correct an address before dispatch, but not after.
4. What happens to unclaimed shipments?
Unclaimed parcels are returned to our fulfilment centre and held for 28 days. During that window you can send us an updated address and we'll reship at your cost. After 28 days, unclaimed items may be donated to charity and the order is closed.
5. Can I return something because it doesn't fit, or because I changed my mind?
That depends which line you bought.
- Muslim Heroes Edition is made to order and is final sale. We can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before you order — and email us if you'd like help choosing, we're glad to work it out with you first.
- Team Islam Apparel — our stock tees, hoodies, sweatshirts and hats — can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?
Muslim Heroes Edition pieces are made to order: allow 5–7 working days for production, then 5–10 working days in transit. Stock apparel skips the production step and ships sooner. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships — allow 24–48 hours for it to start updating. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient — they aren't included in the price you pay at checkout.
