1. For the Muslim Heroes Edition Jerseys, what if I'd like to add a name of someone that's not on the list?
You may absolutely be able to customize and a name that's not mentioned on our list however, after the purchase there will be 24-48 hour review period
2. What should I do if I receive a product from Team Islam that is damaged, misprinted, or defective?
**Damaged or Defective Items**: If a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product at support@teamislam.net
3. What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address for my order from Team Islam?
**Wrong Address**: If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, the
shipment will be returned to the supplier. The customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs once a correct address is confirmed.
4. What is the policy for unclaimed shipments from Team Islam?
*Unclaimed Shipments**: Unclaimed shipments are returned to the supplier and held for 28 days, during which the customer must provide an updated address for reshipping. If not claimed within this period, the items may be donated to charity.
